      Commuting to the company is very convenient.

      Cons

      PM really needs to work over time a lot to be able to get good GPI. Some Leadership are lack of management skills and threatening subordinate with low KPI rank is horrible

      Job is pretty fun, great/cool people at the office. You can choose how you like your work to be done. No micromanagement, open to new ideas.

      Difficult company to work for. But travel can be fun. Impressive clients.

      Cons

      Not a lot of training. You must be able to self start in an unorganized way. Company does not promote a work life balance.
