A lot of things go into Rent-To-Own, training could use some improvement.
Salaried position means average work weeks are 40-50/wk depending on position and customer needs - but more often than not there are no unexpected "late nights". Pro/Con - Company treats all customers individually so a situation may be handled differently depending on the customer which can lead to confusion and inconsistency (most of the time there are explanations given and most are reasonable.) Advancements past Store Manager are tricky because the company is small. Health insurance has decent coverage with lower deductible but very high premium - combatted by company paying half, but still expensive. Great place to work if you don't have a personal life, but there could be MUCH more understanding for work/life balance.
