Pros

Hiring was quick and easy.

Cons

- Employees are treated like disposable tools. - The work culture is hostile and demoralizing. - Managers abuse their power, targeting every new hire and forcing people out within weeks. - The atmosphere crushes morale and leaves staff desperate to escape. - Being part of this company is unbearable and exhausting.

Pros

Working with people from different countries was the only bright spot. It expanded my network and helped me learn new things, but that's about where the positives end.

Cons

- The people in charge set outrageous expectations with no real guidance or support. -Employees are pushed to exhaustion, forced to sacrifice any sense of balance just to keep up. - The work culture has no boundaries, leaving people drained and demoralized. - There is zero direction or clarity about where the company is going or how anyone's career will grow.

Pros

I work on building and improving automation flows every day. Freedom to solve problems my way, to think through the challenge. The people here are respectful and easy to work with. When deadlines come close, everyone steps up and helps. Part of a team that cares about what we’re building together. Work feels steady and fair, which makes a big difference.

Cons

Balancing multiple priorities can be tricky.

Pros

The entire team is focused on growth with a realistic approach. Not a "do the impossible or else." Great energy and people all moving in the right direction. Glad to be here!

Cons

Fast-moving development, you need to keep up to date on the tech to remain relevant. The market also demands it from you.

Smart People, Weak Leadership and No Stability

Pros

- There are a lot of smart and dedicated people across every function. - This company can be worth joining if you’re looking to try a role you haven’t been in before and want to gain experience.

Cons

- There’s a noticeable pattern of employees leaving the company, sometimes without having another job lined up. Considering how tough the job market is right now, that alone says a lot about the environment. - Expectations shift constantly, and decisions are often inconsistent, last-minute, or communicated without genuine transparency. Management repeatedly stresses that transparency is a priority, yet important details are consistently missing from plans and updates. - Promotions and raises are rare, and when they do happen, they often don’t feel fair or based on merit. After the new CEO stepped in, the entire C-suite was replaced, and those leaders have been bringing in their own hires. Many of these new people lack the relevant experience, which makes it feel more like favoritism and a lack of trust in current employees than thoughtful staffing. In conclusion, development opportunities are essentially nonexistent, trust is low, and the workplace feels increasingly unstable.

Pros

New and young employees bring fresh ideas, but not everything about them is positive. I enjoy my work, but the people around me often make it unbearable.

Cons

-The drama, gossip, and immature behavior are overwhelming and constant. -The office is full of people unprepared for a professional setting. -Smart and talented employees are held back by attitudes that clash with serious work. -Productivity suffers because distractions and childish behavior interrupt everyone. -Collaboration becomes exhausting and frustrating due to constant unprofessionalism. -Overall professionalism is lacking, making the environment damaging for serious employees.

Pros

The company is still young, there's still plenty of room to improve and make things better.

Cons

Conflict, arguments, fighting and yelling at each other! People don't get along here! Management has the lousiest and most terrible leadership, they can't handle their people and the business! This place is so disorganized and chaotic it's so stressful everyday! If you come work here, you're gonna regret it. Go anywhere else but here!!
