Pros

The actual work itself can be interesting, but it is completely overshadowed by the toxic leadership.

Cons

- Management is manipulative and thrives on deception - Lies are constant, and employees have learned that nothing leadership says can be trusted. - The atmosphere is poisoned by dishonesty, making it impossible to work with any sense of security - Morale is crushed when leadership treats employees like pawns instead of people - A company without trustworthy leadership cannot function or grow Working here teaches you one painful truth-when managers are corrupt and manipulative, no amount of interesting work can make up for the misery they cause.

Pros

Not just empty talk—people are really there for each other. I’ve often seen the opposite before—walls between teams, no one talks to the others. It’s different here. Everyone shares what they know and pitches in. Always someone to turn to when you're stuck.

Cons

No clear priorities on some assignments
