Pros

The software looked promising and had good design.

Cons

My team leader changed direction constantly, leaving us confused and overworked. Expectations were unclear, communication was awful, and morale was buried under pressure. It was exhausting trying to hit moving targets while management avoided accountability and blamed staff for their own chaos. Every day felt like damage control.

Pros

People working there are smart, nothing else is good about this company.

Cons

The company is in shutdown mode, culture is beyond toxic. Layoffs are happening every month, everyone is nervous. Management's micromanaging approach is frustrating, demoralizing & demotivating. They control everything you do and they don't care if you are EXHAUSTED. The sales targets here are completely unrealistic. They push for insane numbers with little to no support. I experience more trauma and stress than I have in my entire professional career in the time that I was employed there. Do not waste your time with this place!
