      Capable Management team including subject matter experts Interesting clients/projects with unusual challenges in various industries Great place to learn from the piers and Partners Business interests consider hard the private issues

      Sometimes was difficult to meet some colleagues at all - all busy with different projects in different regions

      Varied work, interesting client base and LOTS of travel to all corners of the earth

      Cons

      They are constantly at debts door and have in the past asked staff to forgo monthly salary payments, albeit with a "payback" plan. High staff turnover rate.
