      Degrading Organisation

      Pros

      Exposure to new technologies. Freedom to take decisions(to an extent). Startup Environment(Management uses it against you though). Flexible timings.

      Cons

      All the pros mentioned above are used against employees whenever required. Senior management have less than required knowledge about their own and other's work. New technologies without formal training are hazardous. No clarity about the company structure(again, it changes as per management's wish). Can't hear no attitude towards employees. Attrition rate is very high(talking about good employees here)

      Startup Environment, Multiple domains to learn from.

      Cons

      Lacks work life balance and varies as per project. Do not maintain a healthy culture for employees . Lacks appreciation for employees and mostly biased. Not following industry standards in projects.
