I don't think upper management knows what is going on within the company when it comes down to the lower ranks within Lazorpoint, and has no clue about changes that have been made that have a negative impact on Lazorpoint as a whole. Seems to me that management either doesn't care who they place in these positions and they aren't willing to give experienced people a real chance to show their skills and talents. This makes employees start to look elsewhere for employment opportunities where they are supported by management and are able to advance in a company.

I think the cons of Lazorpoint are pretty typical of a small company and being in the IT industry. Being a small company, you tend to wear a lot of hats and that takes energy to balance and manage correctly. Being in IT, things can get intense, there will be critical issues and outages, there will be irate clients. Don't expect your day to be over at 5. These aren't so much as cons as it is just the nature of the beast.
