Bad stuff:
- Enormous workload. The workload was ridiculously high, but the management didn't respond to our cries for help for almost half a year. In my opinion, this was too late as the whole team was struggling a lot during that period. In the end, they were able to fix the issues quite fast which made me wonder why it took them so long to react.
- I personally thought that not all business decisions and strategies are ethically and morally right. This is of course a personal opinion and some people might see that differently. But if you have a problem with questionable ethics in companies, this might not be the right fit for you.
- Very low salary.
- No perks nor bonuses. No pension scheme, no additional medical insurance, no child support for working moms, no discounts for gyms or shops. We usually had a fruit basket in the office and a coffee machine, but due to covid the fruit basked was not refilled anymore.
