We’re sorry to hear about the challenges you faced. Your comments on workload, leadership, and organisational structure are important, and we take them seriously. Listening to employees and acting on feedback is a priority for us, and we are committed to improving where we are not getting things quite right. Although we cannot comment specifically on your case, from our recent employee engagement survey, we can see that the 92% of the sales team in Mexico are satisfied with their line manager. Across LRQA, our line manager satisfaction scores are our top strengths. We are sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied, but this is not the case for the majority of our colleagues at LRQA who praise their managers for support and care. However, leadership development will continue to be high on our priorities and we will invest in our leaders more in 2026.
