Pros

Everyone who works here is very good at what they do and works super hard, Yes there are good benefits and it’s a growing company.

Cons

The new culture is at stark odds with their published values. Employees feel like they are being eaten up by the machine and.they will spit you out after they are done. There is very little room to grow as it’s not a safe space to make mistakes or innovate.

Pros

Many lovely people work at LRN and are always ready to help. The company’s mission is positive.

Cons

Enormous amount of poorly implemented and managed change happening. Lack of joined-up thinking - changes are made then reversed ad hoc. The company says it is an agile business, but this is not accurate. An agile company has a team of skilled people who are working together to achieve a shared strategic vision and are ready to adapt as needed to pursue that strategy in a changing environment. LRN lacks a coherent strategy, so the organisation is not so much agile as chaotic. It seems to be moving towards a low-cost model, outsourcing content tasks to cheaper locations and keeping sales and leadership in the US/UK. Unclear if this is a winning long-term strategy when there are plenty of low cost competitors.

It's great to hear that you had a chance to work with wonderful colleagues at LRN. Your feedback echoes what we hear from many current and former employees of LRN. The last few years have been an exciting stage in the growth journey of LRN. A key driver for this growth has been strategic planning by the leadership team. We promote a culture of open dialogue. Our leaders regularly travel to different locations that LRN operates in, to connect with teams in-person. The management is transparent with employees about the company wide plan and regularly communicates the vision and developments with employees through various two-way communication channels. LRN is a global leader in the ethics and compliance e-learning space. We have seen growth and expansion but aspire to achieve a lot more. We are looking for team players who have the same aspiration to achieve great heights. LRN is the place for you, if you resonate with the same spirit. We are open to feedback and appreciate that you took out time to share your thoughts. We will reflect on this internally to see if there is any need for change.

Pros

I had a great experience working with my colleagues on the production team. They are very talented and kind people.

Cons

Even though I grew in responsibilities and I progressed in my job position, in the two and half years working there, I was denied to get a salary increment two times. I worked with a junior salary when leading a team and even heard it was easier to get an external contractor than to support my payment advancement. Significant employee rotation in the production team.
