The downside is the top management - they’re the ones that micro-manage a project despite very tight deadlines they actually committed without much input from the team. Pahirapan pa yung mga reimbursements dito sa company. Like any other firm, LPPA also contracts with other professionals. Ang meron lang in-house is mga Archi. So typically subcontract yung mga engineers and other trades. Pahirapan din magbayad, hindi sumusunod sa contract term payments. Magdedemanda pa ng mga deliverables sa consultant kasi nagcommit yung top management sa client. Cycle of exploitation, taking good credit, but blaming everyone else for the inevitable consequences because of poor decision making or just because of micro-managing. If you’re up for that challenge, why not. But sometimes, the closer you are to the top, the more you realize na ang daming natapakan, if you don’t have morals- then you’re meant for this company.
