      Amazing culture with a wealth of experience to offer

      Pros

      One of the best cultures I have experienced in my career. As a recent new joiner it is refreshing to feel so welcome so early on and to get involved in so much. Onboarding experience was fantastic - especially as it was a fully remote onboarding experience! Each member of the team has experience from a variety of backgrounds and industries, with all willing to share ideas and expertise. Great environment that will allow anyone to thrive.

      Pros

      The people are lovely and supportive, and it is a very welcoming and open environment, epecially for consulting!

      Cons

      It can be a bit of luck on the project and client you're working on, some clients have reasonable expectations and others might be more stressful.
