Even in notice period they are forcing to work even after 12 at night, you are excluded in your notice period, behavior of everyone except your friends totally changes, 3 month notice period, no compensation allowed even in emergency, even unpaid leave is not allowed in your notice period in case of emergency, they increases your leave day in your notice period and it will become more than hell, for them Saturday and Sunday is a normal working day even in your notice period.
