      You get to work on your own ...sort of.

      Cons

      The boss Shawn is a crazy, condescending, horrible person to work for. Nightmare trying to collect your money for the month, and things seem to be quite shady. Disastrous experience.

      The money is good and the people are alright too. The Management says they appreciate hard work and it definitely reflects on my paycheck...

      Cons

      In this fast paced job, I can only say that it is a gig that is not suited for the old. I am no spring chicken, but I am going to try to hold on tight and make it thru the year...

      I like the general attitude. Everyone (so far) has been genuinely nice and helpful and I really appreciate that. We'll see how they are after a few months

      Cons

      Well, as you can probably imagine, the downside to working as a delivery / courier are the dangers of the roads, streets and highways. People are ( not always) a little on edge and sometimes downright aggressive,
