Our manager refuse to give leaves, also always contact after work hours for urgent work (there is always urgent). Keep begging for leaves that you earning every year - no use. The manager will not give. Even on holidays we are asked to be present always to work. Where is work life balance? My team members had enough.

Casual work environment. Good location. Especially here in Mumbai

Cons

There are some teams in the company where employee attrition is really high. There is a reason people are not staying in this team. If a team or practice head is not able to retain his teammates for more than a year or two, there is something wrong with his management skills. Maybe he is not appreciating work, giving negative feedback all the time and making team mates do more than their duties?

Great team atmosphere,Company is growing. Good opportunity to learn. Senior Management is a mix of youth and experience. Encourages employees to think independently. Located at Powai which is close to western and central suburbs. 5 day week. Lots of improvement in facility.

There is nothing bad,every company has a scope of improvement and Knack has improved and improving
