Cons
It doesn't seem that any of the executives know what they are doing, although some of them have years of experience in the business they handle issues very carelessly, almost like newcomers. Although they say they care about the employees being heard and happy, they are so disorganized and overwhelmed with the day-to-day that there is no clear strategy in terms of management, culture, problems escalation, etc. At the end of the day, management makes all the decisions and leaves no room to the employees to improve the place, so the whole speech of "we want a collaborative place" goes down the drain. There is a feeling of inertia, like everyone is happy when you give input or advice, but at the end of the day no one does anything according to what you say. People are very passive, they wait for things to happen instead of making their own decisions (with a few exceptions obviously). This is due to the fact that a lot of them are either very junior or have always worked at Kickstart and don't have a lot of experience in other places so they can place a benchmark on what's happening.
