You can contribute a lot! Your opinion is always worth a lot. If you have any feedback then management are always listening well and can also change direction/decisions based on that feedback. Very data driven and gives you a lot of responsibility.

Cons

If you are bad at taking ownership and responsibility, this is probably not the best fit.
