Pros

The technical nature of the work provided useful hands-on experience.

Cons

Daily assignments often felt chaotic because scheduling lacked consistency. Work locations and priorities sometimes changed with very little notice. Instead of a clear plan for field operation, technicians were frequently adjusting to last-minute updates. That unpredictability made an already demanding job far more stressful. Better coordination would significantly improve the work environment.

Pros

You have the ability to learn. Some of the people hired are great trainers, those people are gone.

Cons

Management is rude and uncaring Promises are made , but never kept. They treat the actual working workers like trash and in the end fire the people who are actually doing the work. Do not move to the area if they say will help you. Unless you are able to get something in writing Do not take the job. They will not actually help you and in truth if you aren't willing to take there world as the truth you will probably get fired. The pay is horrible and they never actually give you the promotions they promise. Some of the coworkers are untrustworthy, Many will throw you under the bus. you must document everything.

Pros

Getting hired is easy because people are always leaving

Cons

- Annual pay turns out to be thousands less than promised, immediately exposing how dishonest this place really is - Managers play psychological games and openly admit that some people earn more than what is disclosed - Control keeps tightening while transparency completely disappears - The atmosphere is tense and hostile, with emotional reactions replacing any sense of professionalism - Equipment barely functions, making even basic tasks harder than necessary - Training is nearly absent, leaving staff to struggle and guess their way through responsibilities - Inappropriate behavior is ignored and treated as acceptable - Lies, manipulation, and reckless decisions pile up until the entire operation feels like a joke pretending to be legitimate
