Tight-knit social community, high degree of variation in skill set in departments from complex open source solutions to deep knowledge in networking and security.
Cons
The oil in the machinery that should enable collaboration, management most of the time operates instead as a glue. Clogging it up. Pay is far from competitive, there is no investment into the employees in terms of skilling them up. Location is a disaster, 35-45 minutes by subway from city center. If you feel ownership to your clients/customers your work life balance will suffer, and it will not be rewarded. Don't pick up other peoples slack.
