Pros
Great people to work with, awesome direct manager. Variety of interesting projects (depends on a department, so "mileage may vary").
Cons
- Poor working conditions (depends on the office). - Top management does not hear employees when making important decisions. - It looks like the company does not care about its employees. - Bureaucracy - Noone gets penalized for failing an important project, failing to provide the support they must provide to other teams, etc. This leads to people doing their job poorly continue to do it poorly for years dragging other people.
