– Work from home. – Full in-hand salary (no PF, no deductions).

Cons

– 4-year bond (3 months training + 3.6 years bond + 3 months notice period) with ₹3L penalty — feels like legal slavery. – Work hours: 12 PM to 10 PM. One break of 30 minutes after 2 PM. – No leaves for 6 months. Even if you’re sick, salary gets cut. – No career guidance. Only repetitive work, zero growth. – No HR support. Management is cold and transactional.
