      Pros

      Opportunity to start a career in Europe.

      Cons

      Disorganized administration. Messy contracts styles for people starting in the company from other countries like Brazil. They hide you as an "independent worker" but don't tell you the legislation behind it so that you know how much you would pay in tax, in addition to delaying payment based on your type of contract.

      You rarely need to contact them if all is well where you are allocated.

      Cons

      Don't believe in anything they agreed unless is specifically defined in the contract. Extreme careful when negotiating, since they don't give you any time to review the contract before the signing day and will likely force a change of contract that will not be favorable for you.
