Over the past two years there have been significant changes for KAE, some of which include appointing a new Managing Director and Heads of Teams, having very specific growth targets and plans as well as streamlining our business decision making process.
Our performance and growth targets this year have enabled us to offer many opportunities for talented, driven people within the Consultancy industry to join our team at KAE. We are also building out and expanding our offering and client reach.
Despite the effects of Covid-19, we’ve been fortunate enough to carry out and implement salary benchmarking exercises and, as a result of this, been able to offer improved packages. We’ve also continued to work hard on engagement activities ensuring our collaborative, supportive and sociable culture continues to be a key feature of KAE.
We continue to respond to all internal feedback received regarding our colleagues, including all our Line Managers who undergo the same review process, in order to ensure we have the best people to support and lead our teams.
Our new Managing Director is extremely open and communicative, making himself available to answer questions directly and he encourages our colleagues to be open and share ideas on any improvements they feel we could make.
We are excited to continue to work openly and collaboratively as we grow together.
