      Supportive Management: The managers are very approachable and care about helping you grow and succeed. Diverse Culture: The company has a great mix of people from different backgrounds. Flexibility: KAE has a good work-life balance with flexible hours and the option to work from home. Trust: You’re given a lot of responsibility and freedom to make decisions, which makes you feel trusted and valued. Steep Learning Curve: Things move fast, which means you’re always learning new things and growing your skills quickly.

      Smart & (mostly) lovely people; decent work-life balance (esp. for a consultancy); fast learning/ development & career progression (up to middle mgmt.); some renowned companies within clientele; reasonable & fair decision making

      Cons

      Pay less competitve vs. other consultancies; mostly nonprogressive/ reactive mgmt.; work can be repetitive/ one-sided due to limited/ static clientele & types of projects; rel. high turnover (although on par with consulting/ London)
