Pros
I wrote a review a year ago was I was only a few months in with the company. This is a follow up post to report the I am still a very happy employee. The environment is supportive, professional and fun. The CEO could give a master class on how to be a good boss :)
Cons
This is a small firm. The benefits package is offered can't compete with larger companies. There are not many opportunities for upward growth which is probably the main reason anyone would move to a different firm.
