Daily operations do not run smoothly. There are too many "chiefs" per say that are running the show. These self-entitled managers are not hired to be the manager. Employees have not been required to do their jobs while reporting to a manager. This results in utter chaos during the busiest hours of business. There is also a "small town mentality" that stunts the growth of this business. To describe a "small town mentality", is to discriminate you despite your qualifications or hard efforts, due to the mere fact that you don't fit into the clique. This was hands down the least professional company I have ever worked for.
