      Good wardrobe allowance Friendly workplace Great products

      Cons

      Management who have probably never set foot on a shop floor coming in twice a year to "tell you how it's done" are horrendous. Make you feel like you're terrible at your job and destroy morale between staff by making you compete with one another. Also puts customers off as you follow them around the store when they've already told you they don't need help. I ended up quitting as I felt like they had taken the fun out of the job.

      great place to learn all managers and supervisors work-u must be talented and do job from them mostly with promises that u get promote and never happend. 6 weeks holiday a year on full time position

      only flexible workers,no benefits,no salary increase at all,no bonuses base salary 9.50euro p/h,uniform to be paid by employee.-u must be talented and do job yours supervisors and manageress mostly and overtimes with promises that u get promote and never happened.

      Loved it a lot but it's getting harder to love with all the changes

      Pros

      People are very loyal and still believe in the brand. Good discount for the staff. Lovely uniform but you have to give it back after wearing for 6 months

      Cons

      No pay rise for good number of years now. Targets are unrealistic so it doesn't motivate staff. Lots of pressure to perform well but not much awards for that
