Under paid workers usually do the majority of the work with most of the responsibility and management are happy to underpay. Too many higher up management are disconnected with the design team - creating their own agendas and "workflows" that inhibit and bury the design team doing the work in procedures and fruitless tasks.

Might need to work a bit late due to project deadlines. But not often.
