They have decent health care.
Cons
The management does not have a future vision. They do not care about ways to make their company culture better. They will pit you against your team and overwork you to death. At this company, you are not a person - only a tool for them to make money. They do not provide bereavement. They will also make you do training without pay (including the 18 year olds).

If time permits the training is can be applied at other companies.
Cons
Actual Practices were Toxic, Family and family friends run business from the top. Senior Management discusses their hatred and negative wishes of others within the company / Sister Companies in the open. Senior Management cannot keep promises made to entire staff. Hidden intentions, lies and double speak are common practice.
