      Pros

      Friendly and open-minded team.Flexible work time.You're never forced to work overtime. Excellent work-life balance. The manager is friendly, supportive and dedicated to help the employees to evolve in their desired direction.

      Cons

      Working during the release deadline could be a stressful experience for both the employees and the managers.
