- Great Supportive Leadership (UK) - UK Management is Also Transparent - Great Number of Leaves - 20 to 30 Annualy - Company (Overall) Very Encouraging - Salary Credit on Time ALWAYS / Last Work Day - 5 to 10% Increment Annual - Bonus Factor Also Given (Annually) - Which is Great Perk and Good One Time Cash - On Site Parties and Get Together, Lunch, Air Travel - Lucky Draw to Travel UK Also - Does not Lay Off You - When Many Companies are Doing - Company Supports You - Takes Regular Feedback, Shares Regular Growth Data - You are not kept in Dark - No Micro Management on Work Side

- Too Many Policies (Coming From India Office - Gurgaon) - Can't Take Long Leaves - 10 Plus Days - Give Strong Reason - For Sick Leave over 2 days Give Medical, Doctor Paper - Compulsory (feel like School) - For Cough, Fever in Covid Time - Submit Covid Lab Test at your own expense or face Action - 3 Months Salary Cut (Not Permanent & Promise to Return) - Use Kitchen but Wash Your Own Plates, Cups, Spoons - Office boy is Personal for Sir (Gurgaon) - If you leave Tissue on table, he will not pick and Throw. Instead Will Take Photo and Send to Sir - Boss has Loyal People Who Will Report Activities and then be ready for Scolding infront of Everyone (Like School Monitor) - 1 Work From Home in 1 Month - That too in Advance Booking for Valid Reason (No Carry Forward) - Too may Questioning for Leaves by India Management (But Will Get Approved) - Any New Office Expense Will Get Serious Questioning and Email Warning, Will Happen After Long Discussion and Approval from Sir Only - Too Many Email Warnings and Policy Changes - from Gurgaon Office (Without Keeping UK Office in CC) - UK Management Think Company is Running Good, But Here different Type of Micro Management (other than Work) - India Management is Too Free to Regularly Bother Employees with new Policies and Requirements - Month to Month Changes - Very Unhygenic Kitchen - Because Office Boy will not Clean and employees do not come to Clean Kitchen Obviously - So Who Will Clean? Lizard, Cockroachs, Spiders, Bad Smell of Dustbin, Wall Near Dustbin Painted with Spill Food from Dustbin Like Pan Stain in Railway Station - Overall Company is Good but Gurgaon office will Kill Culture - It will make Invenics a Factory - Come Bow Down, Good Morning, May I Come In, Get Scolded Now and Then, Be Feel Embarass Anytime, Go Home - Come Again for Same Tomorrow On Time.

1. Company policies and management are good for your only until you don't speak/talk about it 2. after my experience here can't think of many pros but yes the team in uk is good.
Cons
Top management in India is unhealthy for the mental health of employees. They are rude, harsh, not abusive but yes apart from that everything bad in terms of communication. they function not like an MNC but as a toxic company management. typical India based family business.
