      Bad use of personnel,and low benefits barely giving a raise or a bonus,and the bonus only for people with 1 year in the company.

      -okay benefits and retirement, pay is worth only as a first job.

      Cons

      -Pay drastically reduced, no compensation for earning company money anymore -Stingy with flights and anything that is a cost -Idiotic people sprinkled all around in key places -Complaints and policy non conformance mean nothing -There is no advancement, just operator and leads both paid the same -Live in the field with no days off, expect to work 3000+ hours -Morale is bad due to cons listed and the many more that aren't
