      Co-workers were fine and helpful.

      Cons

      The management team here is highly unpredictable. I was blind-sided by a termination in the middle of a workday with zero prior notice or indication of issues. There is no job security, and management does not seem to care about the impact their sudden decisions have on employees' lives.

      Pros

      Opportunity to work with telecom systems and gain hands-on NOC experience. Some team members were cooperative and technically capable. Exposure to live network operations and troubleshooting.

      Cons

      Very poor job security. I, along with four other engineers, was terminated immediately in the middle of a shift without any prior notice or warning. No proper notice period was provided, which created professional and financial uncertainty. Management communication during critical situations was lacking. Lack of transparency in decision-making regarding staff termination.
