Worst Company In Terms Of Policy

Good if you are not getting job anywhere in industry. after 6 month or 1 year please leave this company

Nothing is Positive . Purely biased regarding South Indians if you are a north Indian you have to face too much of issue. 1. Account team not having any experience. do so much of experiment with your salary 2. Policy changes on person to person. for some person they will give every facility for some only salary 3. If you are waiting that you can take leave easily. no dude. they will cut your salary instead of all work done by you. 4. Rude HR team. 5.worst management.

1. Not a company standard 2. They have few contacts in Middle -East and will get small works and they recruit for the small period and fire when the work is done..i.e.,Max 2/3 Months 3. No employee welfare , if they ask you to go IRAQ and african countries like Uganda you have to travel else same day you will be terminated 4. Every month you have to beg for salaries, Perdiems ignore they will pay after 3/4 months that to if you are in the company 5.No full and final settlement . 6. All I can say is not a company ,Just a small consultancy

What can get more horrifyingly than you will get to know there is no job security and you will be asked to quit any time. They hire and they fire, Salary Neve comes on time And they deduct employee hard earned money for the smallest reason that if an employee logs in for 1 minutes late......what I couldn't believe this when I had to pay for few months!!!!
