      Disappointing, stressful, manipulative

      Pros

      Close to home was the only benefit.

      Cons

      A small company that wants to micro-mange you to the point that you don't ever grow in your role, nor do any employees. Upper management manipulates, belittles and puts unrealistic expectations on you to the point that you just want to leave. They continually reassure you that you are 'family' however will toss you when it is most convenient to them and after damaging your reputation. Most people there don't last 12 months, the turnover is high and upper management don't see anything wrong with this.

      Not working with them and wasting anymore time Most technicians are good people and say the same

      Cons

      Toxic, Manipulative and careless. Senior management are inhumane and expect you to have no work life balance. Unorganized and literally have no trade qualifications bar one guy. No safety protocols for work sites and no overtime but expect free work under reasonable overtime approach. Expect out of Sydney work with no notice They invest in the young to mould them into machines who waste their youth. If only I could write how I really feel……

      Pros

      Location is close to major shops and transport. Access to vehicle.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. If you have no family or commitments than it may be for you. Long hours, alot of regional travel. Same jobs day in/day out No training or ongoing support. Office is a warehouse.
