Poor appreciation of the employees and harasment after going out

No pros. No benefits, No Bonuses, Harresment all the time.

Cons

This company is just taking advantage of people in need, forcing to sign contracts with zero benefits to the employee. Also exits clause and non compete clauses are bases on abusive statements like people that is a programmer can't do this kind job after leaving the company in all USA.

U cannot Grow professionally and financially To freshers- Please accept offers of other companies not this one please. They can send you out anytime. No Job security
