- 5 days in the office (also finish at 6pm) with no flexibility and trust from senior leadership whatsoever
- You have to use your own laptop, no screens in the office etc.
- Throughout the interview process you’re sold a dream, but within the first week at the company I could already see the red flags. Not to mention, the CEO saying he could just about afford to pay for our salaries; none of us knew what we was walking into on Monday
- Senior leadership do not respect people with ideas, experience and knowledge in their applicable field. What’s the point in hiring people if you’re not going to listen to their ideas. They’re just looking for people they can dictate and shape into working robots
- Never experienced gaslighting like I did at this company, you get treated better at school
- Senior leadership is very unwelcoming, rude and creates a very frosty culture!
- Staff turnover is massive, which comes to no surprise once you’ve experienced life at Insurtech
- Felt very unsafe near the office, a lot of homeless people and pickpockets
