Pros

Remote working is allowed, and most of the people on the ground floor are decent folk, doing their best.

Cons

The easiest way to summarize Inspiro, is that it's like being transported back to a company who stills thinks it's the year 2000. Inappropriate language common in the office, who shouts loudest gets heard. Laddish clique, instigated by one of the 'key' management team, lapped up by a few sycophants. Be a sycophant if you want to get on. Cringe team building days lifted straight out of Wernham Hogg. Watch The Office to get a fair representation, I'm not even joking, at all. Poor comp, it's held together by folk who've been there forever, who presumably haven't figured out that the world's moved on.
