Pros
Was under an excellent manager, was able to guide me well. Was given a promotion within a year. Working hours was flexible, just manage your own time or expect to be managed.
Cons
Working over weekend and holidays are expected due to the nature of the job, at least company gives off in lieu, but you have to ask. HR please just make this an SOP.

Very Friendly colleagues and clients
Cons
Work place culture is very toxic. Micromanagement, lack of support, no work life balance. Basically work all day everyday. Ask to OT even on first week of work.
