Pros

If you're in desperate need, you can always piggy-back these guys for a couple weeks to get a paycheck. See cons for more details.

Cons

The company is what's known as a pyramid scheme. Don't be fooled because deception seeks to cover it's own tracks, so you will never be enlightened by these people how that connects. But that's why I'm here. You see, it does not take a resume to be a salesman. They hire you with the presumption that you're going to reach "goals" (which they push on you), but pay attention as this in itself is a sale. You will be educated on how much you can potentially make, and the key word being Potentially because you will be doing Door to Door solicitation. This number they push on you is unrealistic considering the people "above you" have trouble reaching their goals as well (did I mention theirs are virtually the same as yours?). The reason they have similar goals is because the people above you have usually been there for only a month. They will push you into thinking their promotions mean something, when in reality it's just an excuse to own more of you. "Account Manager" position still entails going Door to Door and if you think that's where it stops, since you're now more responsible as their associate, you're suddenly expected to use your car across the state every day, paying wear and tear. But what if you try and you fail, you ask? I get it, don't worry. In a world where solicitation is not generally welcomed, a job like that falls flat very fast. Do not fear because INNOX is SO GRACIOUS to instruct you to not arrive at their office on a given day, and to just go straight to the field. What they won't tell you is, they're using that as a technical mechanism to release their responsibility to pay you, and you will not be paid for the time you're out on the field. The problem with this is, they're still expecting you to do something with their name above your head. Do you think a player in an online game would want a guild name above their head while completing quests if they knew they were cut off from commendations/reputation points towards their character? Lol. Did I mention this was Door to Door? Oh okay. Well also know that, despite your many failures in neighborhoods that will hold themselves notorious for solicitation rejection (for lawful reasons. Oh, I also didn't mention it's AGAINST THE LAW IN SOME TOWNS AND YOU WILL HAVE THE COPS CALLED ON YOU) your colleagues will miraculously return the very next week! As if they have a chance! It's a Pyramid Scheme. Ask yourself "Who is leading me?" at the end of your day.

Pros

You will gain a great sales skill set, at the cost of your dignity, time spent, and dreams that have no realistic shot at coming true.

Cons

Door to door freak show with turnover rates that are laughable. Every day working here is smoke and mirrors to make you think you are accomplishing something. In reality, you are just wasting your own time and will end up looking for another job shortly after realizing the mess you are now in. If you are reading this as a potential applicant, run for the hills unless you want to be a DOOR TO DOOR CONARTIST. They also expect you to put A TON of wear and tear on your car at your own expense. This solicitation was wearing thin back in the day, let alone the 21st century where every offer they give you is a URL away for your “customers” and they can cut you out and sign up without you! Bad company amd horrible job.
