      It's about online games. It's about highload. It's (was) about great people to work with.

      Cons

      Everything depends on the company leader. The last change, changed it so much, that almost all of the engineers escaped it.

      Pros

      Great office in the center of Moscow. Interesting projects (games, movies, edutainment). Flat structure. Superb persons to work with. No politics between departments.

      Cons

      Salary can be higher. Marketing and development team can be stronger. If this problems will be fixed — Innova will become a great IT company at Russian market.
