Pros

Great work environment. Scope of learning is great as the company is growing at a very fast pace. A friendly, relaxed and hardworking working environment where every one try to do their best. Innofied gives me so many opportunity to grow my career and knowledge. A rock solid management team is pulling everything in the right direction.

Cons

As a senior quality analyst, sometimes I have to work on a multiple projects together.

Pros

Everyone is super kind and welcoming here. Innofied always provide learning environment with lots of resources. Got lots of opportunity to work on different kind of projects and to work with different clients from all over the world. This way I have gain lots of work experience very quickly. Innofied always support its employees. We didn't face any layoffs during rough times( covid).

Cons

Tons of new works which is great but some time I feel like there isn't enough employees to start all of it.
