It was a good experience for me because I used to be a developer but at Inmetrics I was tester and I learned a lot of new things that was good and will be nice to my future.

Cons

I can’t remember anything that was bad, I have just good memories.

A high performance company with a strong technical team and leadership. Good salary, flexibility and a lot of good customers and projects

Cons

A terrible back-office team, lack of process, and distinct management models inside the different projects and business units. The culture in some offices outside of Brazil are also very different, like distinct companies, not only branches
