Used to have a good culture, but past 3 years have seen disturbing trends.
Cons
Just saw hundreds laid off last month, have watched as entire departments of highly skilled and integral members were forced to leave em masse following installation of a corporate shill that didn't understand their team. HR aren't there for the employees, just exist to regurgitate corporate talking points and protect the company from liability. Overall, we're treated like children, kept in the dark, forced out, underpaid, held to hypocritical standards, and if you're not a salesperson or upper management good luck having a future here.
