      Pros

      Management always break their commitments.

      Cons

      Worst salary payment system. They pay 50% salary 2nd week of month and rest 50% last week of month.

      Pros

      No politics, half yearly hike , and great great great opportunity to learn. I doubt any other company in kolkata of this scale have this sort of projects. I really count on the skills i have gained from here and still using it in present company. Developers can gain knowledge whereas marketing can earn money, that's the biggest benefit in Infoway

      Cons

      office is Serampore is a big thumbs down. Also they need to grow more in terms of manpower or technology to compete with other Level 3s in market.

      Pros

      Friendly Environment, R&D department and all senior members are very knowledgeable person. Then never say "NO" in any request to help or any functional thing. According to them everything is possible if have proper timing. Also Marketing Department is very aggressive to work perfectly. Need to move with new product development.

      Cons

      Nothing harmful. As usual like other companies rules and regulations.
