Pros

Barely any work because the company does not bring in clients & loses clients constantly

Cons

Worked here for 3 years and honestly, the experience was disappointing. There was little to no training or guidance, which made it clear early on that employee development wasn’t a priority. The entire operation felt heavily sales driven, with more focus on closing deals than actually understanding or meeting clients’ needs to their full potential. Over time, it became obvious that the company values numbers over people, both employees and clients. I ultimately left as soon as I found an organization that genuinely cares about their clients professional needs and provides proper support to its team

Pros

There were none at all

Cons

Very uncomfortable place to work you will have anxiety. You’ll have panic attacks and you will be asked to do things that are way beyond the scope of necessity. They are a small company and will have you doing everything.

Pros

Night shifts provide downtime that can be used to study and earn certifications, which may help you pursue better opportunities elsewhere

Cons

There is virtually no growth here. Training is nonexistent, and with no established procedures, you’re left to guess and figure out problems with no guidance. The work is primarily basic helpdesk tasks with little to no real security exposure, so you won’t gain meaningful experience or professional development. You are required to start on the night shift, and moving to days only happens if someone leaves. Regardless of tenure, job security is poor — even one mistake can cost you your role. Management relies on heavy micromanagement, offers false promises, and creates a demoralizing environment that can drain your passion for IT. Reviews painting this as a great place to work are misleading; you will quickly regret the decision. Your Level 2 analyst is often unsupportive and even demeaning, questioning your abilities rather than helping you grow. The benefits are subpar, and your sick days are combined with your PTO. This specifically reflects the Miami Lakes location.
