Pros

None that I can recall.

Cons

I'm not writing this review to be vindictive, I'm writing this review because a company as badly run as Infinity Tour (other brands include Infinity Cruises and Infinity Sports Travel) shouldn't be allowed to operate. A poorly looked after office (no light in the ladies toilet, broken mirrors and sinks), incompetent (brain dead) colleagues, a puppet master as an MD, business account without money to pay suppliers on occasions, useless web designer, DMC's with bad attitudes, the list is endless. Laid off at the end of my probation "Not due to unsuccessful completion but because of the COVID-19 situation". Not only are you told during the interview process that there is a larger team than there is and that I would be managing people (I was told that members of staff were using up the last of their annual leave) it turned out that I was joinging a team of just 1 other person who, granted had worked for the company for 7 years, but it became obvious she hadn't worked anywhere else in the travel industry and took everything the MD said as gospel, and wasn't able to advise clients about altitude in destinations she supposedly sold for years. The systems they used when I joined were antiquated and outdated (Penguin) that doesn't have a front end system for quotes, ATOL certificates, everything had to be written out from scratch, which was time consuming and not a productive use of anyones time. I introduced an App based quoting system that my colleague refused to use because she preferred to do things in the old way. This company are years and years behind the competition with a horrible website that was built on Wix, now replaced with a new website built and operated by someone based in Argentina who took week and weeks to complete simple tasks, meaning that January and February were over before we were able to advertise anything. The MD usually employs foreign staff with little to no experience, and pays them peanuts, and it shows. The whole operation is everything but, it's like being in the circus. There were a few members of the Infinity Cruises team that have decades of experience and the company relied on the two of them for bookings, however one of them has just been fired and the other has been forced to take 6 weeks unpaid leave just after his mother has sadly passed away. The MD has no backbone, dictates even when he doesn't know what he's talking about, doesn't manage the company properly, you you have to ask for permission to process payments to suppliers when clients have already paid for their holidays, which displays a problem with poor money management. If the clienst have paid, the funds should be available. I've never experienced anything like it. I made the best of my time at this company, attempting to implement positive changes as I've worked in the industry for years, have worked for several huge, successful travel companies, and in the end was laid off but haven't been told whether or not I'm going to be paid for the time I've worked, for untaken holiday or notice etc. Do yourselves and your careers a massive favour and don't make the mistake I did, don't give the MD (Manan Shah) the benefit of the doubt, just avoid, adoid, avoid at all costs.
