The senior Directors are to say the very least, arrogant and self absorbed, small minded fantasists. They think only of themselves and will do and say whatever it takes to get what they want, which is usually the wrong business decision anyway. Fundamentally, they do not care about their employees (unless it benefits them in some way) and will mercilessly turn on people when they need a scapegoat - which is far too often. One particular Director will be the downfall of the entire company as her overinflated ego and bullying behaviour causes most decent staff members to up and walk (run). This person is more than often totally irrational and consistently jumps to wrong conclusions without ever bothering to find out the facts first; she knows it all. Be warned, you will be bullied and picked apart no matter how hard you work (it is in their entire DNA), then they will throw you a crumb and you will breathe a massive sigh of relief, if only for a short time... A truly mentally abusive, controlling and toxic environment to work within.

Leading me on to the cons.....your praise leaves existing and dedicated staff feeling demoralised and immediately builds a barrier between them and you. You then fall from grace, for normally no reason, it could be you used milk to you dared to offer a different opinion. Unless you want to adhere by their personal beliefs, you are doomed. The belittling of staff in front of other staff is a huge issue, it's not constructive its bullying. The fact that despicable behaviour from family staff members is ignored does nothing to build moral. So many good, honest people left the company or were bullied out. What's left are the ones who are as twisted as the directors and at the moment are part of the in crowd.
