NO TRAINING IS PROVIDED. - Incompetent assistant manager, not knowing what she is doing - There is no PMO in the company, all are just project coordinators - HR staff are just mere clerks, only know how to give payslips - HR girl's clothing against company dress code. But if others do it, she will give them a piece of her mind. - Only development team gets credit whenever a successful project delivery, support and business teams' effort are ignored - Salary below market price; benefits are minimal
